this video is kinda old, and I think you already know why a PET bottle is called that by now. But just in case, PET is an acronym for polyethylene terephthalate, it's the plastic that it's made of :)

In Hyogo prefecture on Honshu, in a town on the Sea of Japan. It's pretty much right across the island from Kobe and Himeji.

Interesting, especially adding the quirky details like trash collection info and the plastic bottles. Now I'm going to wonder all day how the bottles got their name. It was a bit difficult to hear you speaking over film in some portions, but I'm not sure if it's due to sound-mixing or my hearing, which is wonky at times.

The commentary was difficult to hear sometimes because the video editing program I was using at that time didn't let me adjust the volume of the audio tracks at all. Luckily, I've solved that problem since then.
