The fact that he is not in favour implies he is against the lawful use for medical patients therefore potentially leading to their arrest and imprisonment. Clayton Holton of Granite Staters for Medical Marijuana asks Gov. Mitt Romney if he will have seriously ill patients like himself arrested for using medical marijuana with their doctor's approval.

Too many powerful people would stop making money.
Legalize the lot state government owned and taxed and regulated. I guarantee this would reduce crime, reduce overdose deaths and a whole host of other undesirable social fallout. Dedicate the tax to drug education and particularly to drug rehabilitation.
When will everyone realize the laws regarding drugs simply don't and will never work? We only make the crime syndicates rich while we bare the increasing cost of incarceration and policing.
