Unusual Mass Effect Glitch

I found this glitch sometime during late-early August of 2009, and thought that it may never show up again. It had already been going on for a little while, but I did not know when it would stop functioning. It basically slowed down the mako, and made it difficult to control. I don't remember the glitch ever happening before, so this came as a surprise.

@the7observer it was going slow even when it wasn't damaged, and the speed was at different intervals only on different loads. it remained consistent with or without damage. oh, and just for future reference, before you insult me, would you kindly get your facts straight?
