Paul and David are to this day still the best of friends, so I presume Paul's reaction to walk away when David appeared was all goovin' around!

You could see the smile went off Paul Michael Glaser's face when they asked him about a Starsky & Hutch reunion. Thankfully, they did do the Starsky & Hutch movie together later on, even if it was only a cameo at the end.

I love these two! I think it's pretty obvious they were goofing around, so I don't understand some of the comments here. And they said they saw each other a month earlier. From everything they've said in interviews, they are best friends off screen just as they were on screen. I don't think David would have appeared on Regis and Kathy Lee as a surprise if he thought PMG would mind. And as someone else posted, he very well could have tipped him off just to make sure it was okay.

i head something that neither david soul and/or paul michael glaser really like each other. I still love starsky and hutch and have the complete series on dvd. The 1970s had some great cop dramas

They bearly gave Paul a segment before bringing out David and then turning the interview around to focus on him. It is clear that Paul is a little angry that they brought David out before he could even plug his project and then the focus because David 100%. You can even see David pick up on this because when they ask him about his project he won't plug it.

Thx for posting this interview. It's always nice to hear PMG discussing his work. I agree they're best of friends, so it's not a reunion for them*G*. He looked fine to me, he's just thoughtful and listened to his friend. My opinion.

He is comfortable with David. They are best friends. If you watch a lot of their other interviews together, you can see the chemistry between them. I think Paul was just messing around.
