Haha, I turned 16 that day back in 1987, and I was the biggest fan - ah, if only I'd been able to see this MTV clip back in the day, I would have DIED.
Fun stuff, always loved the interaction between Jon and Richie; such different people but still the best of friends =)
Poor Jon, though, suffering from exhaustion at this point of the (never ending) Slippery tour. The unshaven look was a clear sign of this as he later admitted.

Thank you so much for posting this video!!! It's so funny!!! It's really funny see Richie saying AUSTRALIA all the time!!!! Even Jon can't stop his laughs! I loved when Jon said : "don't touch my jacket" to Richie and when they pretend that Michael Jackson is on a phone with them! I love the both!!!! I love their hair and their clothes on this video! THE 80's AND BON JOVI ROCK! ;)
