My challenge to you, or any other U1st representative, is this:
Show us a typical amortization schedule from a U1st mortgage. If U1st agents need to learn what an amortization schedule is, according to Wikipedia, it should have columns for Payment #, Principal Interest, Principal to-date, Interest to-date, and Principal balance. It extends downward in chronological order, from the first payment, until the mortgage is retired.

Thanks. Just got an alert of your reply. My guess is that djalosha has gone AWOL from his position as "MMA Representative", so perhaps comments to this video will stand until he hears the cries of his fellow representatives to shut it down like they have the comments on their videos.

but don't argue with djalosha, he is "certified", if not certifiable.

I doubt you'll allow this comment to stand, but there is nothing the software does that you can not do yourself, and U1st agents are essentially pawns in a pyramid scheme. All a mortgage holder has to do is prepay as much as he/she can every month, and fold any savings into the mortgage. Nothing here is rocket science, and $3500 towards the mortgage makes a lot more sense.
