Dude. I only got the last line of your long and elaborate description. "Optical illusion"

resonant frequency of the camera with the frequency of the propeller ... Brazilian greetings, best wishes to all!
-
Shutter speed = speed of propellers rotating
At times like 0:45 that time is off, so you can see the blades rotate.

i think a round the 0:50 s mark the blades shawdow is moving

LOL, wow that there has something to do with the fps of the camera, its not magic of super science. pretty cool though.

camera shutter rates?

no way

The camera picks up the blades only for a split second within its many hundreds of rotations. The blades are spinning.
Unlike people who try to say that the camera has matched it's frame rate, that is impossible. The blades are rotating at an X rate per second, the camera is taking X amount of frames per second. The frames per second to the rotations per second show a blade in the same area every time. The blades are spinning so fast that it appears the rotors do not move. Optical illusion.
