  • Pressure is too high, it should be rocking less than 5 times per minute. Read your manual and reduce your heat!

  • so this is how fast it is supposed to rock

  • Parece meu pinto

  • This cooker is much to high. Once it started to rock you should had turned the heat to LOW until it stop rocking, that was (STOP's ROCKING). It should "NOT" be rocking like that. Its much to high.. just for you NEWBIES..

  • Get one with a pressure gauge.

  • @Smackdancer I have the same pressure cooker. My regulator rocks the same way after I bring it up to pressure, and then after I reduce the heat, It gently rocks exactly like in the video.

  • and it explodes......

  • You and I have the same exact pressure cooker... and while I am at it, pretty much the same color stove. It was like watching a video of my kitchen! I make all my rice under pressure ~ its always perfectly done.

  • @Smackdancer That might explain why my food is well done so well the bone can be cut with a knife.

  • That means its safe to open.

  • Nice!
