Digital Arts & Sciences Senior Exhibition held at Clarkson University, Friday, May 7th, 2010
This graduation weekend event was a showcase of the thesis projects from the graduating class of Digital Arts & Sciences Majors at Clarkson University. A variety of digital artwork was exhibited, including 3D digital animations and 3D digital product design. Mike Ledda offered an animated short about a man confronted by his inner demons in Marty's Night. Mollie Boise presented her designs for ARV: the Amphibious Recreational Vehicle, a contemporary redesign of the classic WWII duck boat. Rarihwenhawi LaFrance offered a visual rendering of the oral storytelling traditions of the Mohawks of the Six Nations in his animated short Ohkwarikowa; while Samantha Raut brought together a number of classic nursery rhyme characters to unexpected effect in her animation The Spider.
