Preloader in Flash Loading bar for your movies! - Tutorial

I don't like hq because it loads slower so I turn it off and then I noticed it was full version.

Turn off HQ and it will be normal length.

Can I ask 1 ques, how to make it so that when we Test Movie (Ctrl+Enter), it'll straight go to the loader bar, and not have to Ctrl+Enter again?
