One of the local St Kilda pigeons (Spotted Turtle Doves, to be precise sings the chorus of Lithium by Nirvana. After I noticed it, and heard it loop it for several hours, I checked the original and found it's in the right key! This recording, captured with a Zoom H4n was made a few weeks later and the pigeon's phrasing was perfect: The pitch, the timing, even the gap between phrases is eerily close the the Nirvana original. The recording hasn't been at all tampered with all. Note the subtle bandsaw and hammer in the background providing accompaniment!

  • @attackoftheglobules OK, that helps with the "mys". But who's this didge-trombonist to whom you refer? Hmmm.

  • Hey mal, saw your didge-trombonist when he performed at mys

  • @attackoftheglobules Eh? I didn't know know I had a didge-trombonist. And what's "mys"? Do try to save us all a bit of time by making more sense in the first place. Cheers, love, Mal
