Solo version of Scritti Politti's 1988 single Oh Patti (Don't Feel Sorry For Loverboy), played on a Wurlitzer electric piano. It's in the key of Aflat. The original version is from the album Provision and features a trumpet solo by Miles Davis, which I have clumsily tried to play here.
Superb, loved your playing and I love that song. It's absolutely impossible to find a midi file for it anywhere. If you have the kit to do it please could you post me a midi file of you playing it to Emain39@gmail.com. I'd love to learn it also. I've always been fascinated by the chord change where the bass notes go from B to Bb just after the lyric says "spoils it all". Great playing and a great tribute to a great song.

I've played a mate's beautiful Wurlitzer of similar vintage (in black). I'd say it's the best-sounding - and feeling - of all the vintage kybds out there: even more so through a serious valve amp (e.g. Fender Princeton) where it really sings. And isn't this a great song? GG's writing at his very best - it's just heartbreakingly lovely.
Nice to see Rhodri in these Comments who played keys so brilliantly at Scritti's amazing pub gigs in London this week.

One of my all-time favourite pop songs, and this is a great interpretation. The bridge is particularly nice.
