The Fizzing Can of Coke

A can of Coke that kept on fizzing after I opened it. Nothing was added to make it fizz. Nothing was found in or on the can that made it fizz. I drank it afterwards and of course it was flat

This exact thing happened to my wife's coke - twice now! I want to find out why it's happening. Did you ever find anything out?

@bundytrousers only thing i can think of is that there was something on the lid of the can. I called Coke and never got an explination

Amazing that you didnt add anything to it and it just fizzed like that. good music in the clip too.

I pulled it out of a 12 pack like I have done with hundreds of times before. I didn't shake it or treat it roughly or anything. It was just a long slow fizz.

Same thing happened to me and I didn't shake the can either, I just opened it and sipped it then set it down and it started fizzing up and spilling every can in that 12 pack has done this now for some reason.

this happens sometimes. that cant be healthy to drink. i rinse my cans and drink them warm, so its nothing on the led, and it is not ice. This has happened to me like 5 or 6 times now.

Probably had a little bit of ice in the can if you took it out of the 'fridge.
