He gets contacted allegedly by the Andromedans who tell him this info with the the purpose of spreading it to us all to enlighten us to the truth. this is why he knows such details as sates and reptilians sizes etc.

a lot of what he says is credible with an open mind and he doesnt have much to gain, considering eveery joe like yourself will call him a lieing schizophrenic fucker.
