Yeltsin would have won it had he used bribery and coward tactics as Putin did. Although I think moral was higher in Chechnya in the 90s. Yeltsin and soviet leaders were all peasants anyway. Real soldiers like Konev, Zhukov and others would have never even deported north caucasians in 1944 but they had to obey orders.
