The Poet: Sultan Bahu ساطان باہو (he used Bahu باہو as his takhallus) was born in c. 1628 near Shorkot شورکوٹ, Jhang جھنگ District, Punjab پنجاب , Pakistan (then India). He started his education from his mother, and then got his spiritual training from Shaikh Habibullah Qadiri. He uses a unique style for his Punjabi poetry. The verses are simply called (abyaat ابیات, plural of bayt which means a verse), each unit has four lines, and they are arranged according to the first letter of the first line. Each line ends with a hu ہو , which is from Arabic words ho and wa , meaning He is (i.e., Allah ). "Hu" is also used in Sufi chants, e.g. "Allah Hu". For himself he uses the takhallus Bahu باہو (meaning with Hu). His name was Sultan (meaning a king), but he used the name Faqir فقیر in his prose. He died in 1691. He is buried at Garh Maharajah گڑھ مہاراجہ in Shorkot tehsil, Jhang district.

Once first one is understood....second one is easy....Consider one simple thing that this world is temporary and akhrit is real now and in this world complete life one is a passenger....traveller...now
Rise you Moon ( Shine my heart my Allah with your noor), stars are remembering (Ur servants are doing zikr)... Move in the streets like strangers lalan day wanjaray. N May nobody be the traveller, ( destination hereafter) and kakh even weigh more...

There are many moons that have been rising. And then Bahu sahib tells where MY MOON (ALLAH swt ) on URSH, there is no value of you there as a creation.
And the last one is on belief that Momineen will see ALLAH Swt in Paradise that the ONE i have dedicated my life for, Bahu, That Friend (ALLAH) should meet me once. This is hasrat.....

Explanation: Once Sahaba asked Prophet how we will see Allah SWT in Jnaah when we will be so many in number, Prophet told dont you all see moon.
Sultan bahu use the moon in that reference and give the example in similar way, that stars remember moon and moon shine with light and cover them all with HIS light. Then bahu sahib says that moon of earth you cant be that (My REAL LOVE ALLAH
