Food Safety Training From Pearson and the National Restauran

Sixty-three percent of Americans say they are very or fairly concerned about the safety of the food they eat. The need is greater than ever before for an educated workforce trained in proper food safety practices. Higher Education has signed an agreement with National Restaurant Association Solutions to distribute, to the postsecondary market, ServSafe®, the restaurant and foodservice industry's leading food safety training and certification program.
