i use that same movement in my Combat Aikido and any who think it dosent work well you wrong, movement is the key in martial arts

@FinalKenny2 in norwegian its called krops bevisthet. but i like your extension of that.. that it makes you more aware of your body and therefore more aware of your movment and ultimately your movement in life.. that you exist instead of just wonder on accidentally in life.
