Quit crying work harder and if your efforts dont get you a raise at your current job find a new one. Just because you want more money doesnt mean you deserve it!!!!!! If you have been working and you are not making more money then you are either a bad worker or work for a bad company. So either become a better worker or get a new job. If you are un-educated then learn a trade or get more education. You believe everyone should make the same amount and that is not the way it works.

You can trace the decline of Unions inline with the decline of our economy & buying power of the American Dollar. 1st they started their black balling of Unions from Political & Social Leaders, plus corporate owned Main Stream Media in the early 60's followed up Nixon unpegging the Dollar from the Bretton Woods system in '71. Inflation increased 500%! Minimum wage should be at $25 an hour, what Union members make.
