Nude/naked climbing sculpture in Silt, Colorado

I have another video of this sculpture taken from my car but feel this version might be a little more clear. During the summer of 2009 Silt, Colorado made national news because of the bare bottom of the climber in this video - it raised so much controversy that some people even stopped by to hang pants on the guy! Anyway, I drive by Silt, Colorado a dozen or so times each year and thought I'd stop by, this time through, to take a closer look for myself. By the way, Silt is the only town with that name in the entire United States - it was derived from a warning sign for the railroad, many years ago, advising conductors that there was silt ahead along the tracks. Then a town was built there that required a name...
