You're making it complicated, watch the video again, Pitbull extends his hand to give him a friendly slap, you can see clear as day that in 3:05 he pulls back then slaps his hand. Once the dude has his hand you can see he tries to pull Pitbull down from the stage and once he feels that he pulls him up. Its that simple this all happened cause he tried to be the "better" man and he ended up getting knocked the fuck out.
