  • try doing single leg hyper, great for vertical explosion

  • I cant pull it off on this piece of equipment

  • daniel do you think if i do your beginner programs with no weight ill still get good results cause i have no weights at all lol or equipment also i cant really get a video camera at the moment but instead of recording what you wanted me to do can i just tell you the things?

  • yeah you can make gains with that program, but you need to stop asking questions and start working out. You don't have a camera thats fine, you can still email me at any time just like everyone else

  • Why is the other bench better

  • the 1-leg version is good, particularly if you have done these for a while they can get easy even with added weight. I don't know if I would call them the single greatest exercise for increasing single leg power though
