  • This is an exelent technique! I first learned this technique in a self defense class from an old security guard. If anyone knows what works its them. They have been thrue most situations in their line of work.

  • @radamateur Hmm... good point.

  • @HappiiSmiles316 Not ungrateful, but experienced enough to point out the junk when I see it.

  • @MasterNinja1990 These people REALLY give a bad name to GOOD Karateka's. Most of what they show you in their videos is garbage and can get you hurt if you try defending yourself with the techniques they teach. I train the same style (Shorin Ryu) that these jokers supposedly train and I'm happy to say that the techniques we teach look nothing like this trash. Most of our 4th. kyu students could mop the floor with Jelly-Bean Qaeem with just the quality of their technique alone.

  • Im actually learning some cool things from this. I might take karate if my grades are good. I want to be introduced to some techniques before i start. I'm a girl & i need to learn how to defend myself. I find these videos helpful. Some of you are just frickin' ungrateful. .

  • I dont understand why people complain about these videos. First of all they are free!! Dont like them, then dont watch them! I learned this technique once when I was in a self defense class from an experianced security guard. So I sure dont complain.

  • @thomascrown559, That is very true and funny.

  • jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none-village would have been a more accurate name....

  • Stomp on his foot then land an elbow to his ribs. This loosens the grip. Then with both hands, one at the elbow and the other at the armpit, you step forward and drive your opponent to the ground. It's simple, easy. The larger the opponent is in comparison to yourself, the farther you should step. The assailant is temporarily stunned and disoriented from the sudden change of position. Then you run, or subdue them depending on whether you are trained thoroughly enough.

  • doubt it works that easy in real life.
