i heard somewhere if you walk for 20 min a day intenesly mind you and eat healthy that is enough to maintain wieght... i also diet and dont really eat junk food anymore or drink more than 2 times a week.... and i was born skinny we all wish we were somthing we arent....

I was on a few ここが変だよ日本人 (one of Takeshi's old shows) with 99 other 外人, and I never spoke to him face-to-face (except during the taping, of course). I know how well protected he is from personal experience, so please don't beat yourself up too much with regrets about not doing enough to meet him.

It's proven in mice over and over that the mice fed less calories per day lived longer. Being thin, but still getting plenty of nutrients is the way to go.

I'm glad you're making even small changes. You'll quit smoking at some point. Don't wait too long. I saw what it did to my family.

My dad is dead. One brother is dead. The other brother has heart disease. They all smoked most of their life. I may die tomorrow and I never smoked, but why put myself at a higher risk?
