@Shannindhall my only concern is that the hormone relaxin really loosens the hip joints during pregnancy. So if you want to do these excercises just be VERY gentle and only do a few! Try to stick to the ones that are on the side. The tummy ones are a no no for sure! LOL

LOVE THIS......I'm so doing this. Perfect to do even if your down on the floor with your baby......def don't need any fancy exercise equipment.....I'm totally keeping a log of measurements too. Can't wait! Thx girl:) You look magnificant by the way....rock on sexy thang.
