My friend Kat is demonstrating a 2 minute boxing drill with gloves and boxing mitts. This routine is great for the core and your arms and legs. It's a great cardio routine too.
It doesnt matter how slow she does it as long as she do the tech properly is gonna her body is gonna feel it this workout is the best in my opinion , well thai boxing.
She is great ! What an annoying 'commentator / camera man tho
