2002 Saab 9-5 Aero Automatic 0-60 and 40-100 mph

My 02 9-5 aero automatic 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. 40-60 in about 2.5 seconds 60-90 in around 5 seconds and 60-100 in just under 7 seconds. Temperature was 47F, full tank of gas and 210 pound passenger

Not bad for a 4,000 pound tank

car is ALL STOCK with STOCK ECU except for:

-Open air intake
-Muffler and resonator delte
-Forger Bypass Valve

How noisy are these cars on the highway? Can you tour comfortably?

@joojoo1234 It's a really a luxuriant sedan and not a sports car, but it has power to boot. With the stock exhaust system I would often try and start the car while it was already running because it's so quiet and smooth you cant tell its running. This car was actually designed for highway touring, so its the perfect choice. Even with this many miles its such a comfortable car to dive.

Saab power. I have a 9000 and I loves it.These cars are gods of the highway. The Second gear pull in mine is Ridiculous. PRIVATE JET TO RUSSIA!

love your saab!!!! always loved the aeros,,,,,, i was thinking of gettting one of these myself.... and just wandered if you could tell me how big the parcel shelf is at the back.... all i need to know is if it is more than 20" between the window and back seats, and 40" wide? also if you know how many litres/cubic ft. the boot is!! thnx!!!

love these cars, got me a 99 9-3 with 175k on her, automatic. wish she was a 5 speed but than again.. who deosnt loves a car that makes perfect automatic red line shifts??

if you watch the top gear when they test the aero he explains how it is faster than a Porsche 911 in the 40-70mph range :)

coming from a fellow 9-5 aero owner i dig your car. for being heavy like an ocean liner i dont think people realize how quick these cars are stock until you take them for a ride and they get smashed into the seat haha. i love destroying ricers.
