This is my imitation of a magic effect inspired to the "Addams Family" and invented by magician Christopher Hart. A glove animates and moves around me!

  • Davide,

You are an excellent mimic. That talent will help you move beyond this routine. I think you know that you will only find professional magicians angry that you copied X's act. You don't need the hassle. Now take this "inventing" talent and create a zombie "something else". Let X know that you didn't mean any harm.

I look forward to what you will create.

    Joe Monti

  • Dear Joe Monti, I'm very honored of your feedback.I did this imitation 7 years ago when I was a small kid who just wanted to learn a lot of magic tricks from TV. Unfortunately, this was just an experience and I never performed it in a theater.I worked an whole month to build and replicate the same trick but it was not meant to damage the reputation of master Hart, but just as an hobby. Of course, I would like to go back again on this routine and study something new. Best regards, Davide

  • my dads friend from high school is criss heart dude you are pretty good at his trick ive been trying to find out how he does it for years

  • hello, thanks a lot! If you see criss hart, could you tell him to have a look at my performance? I would really like to know what he thinks! Davide

  • Was mr X really hurt by him doing this act?

  • How the heck do you do that? That's amazing!

  • Thanks for your thoughtful reply. Wishing you success in all you aspire to.

  • You've worked very hard to do what is an excellent copy of Chris Hart's act.

But that's all it is. An unauthorized copy. This routine is not marketed, published or sold, so if you're doing it just as a learning experience I understand. Now, use what you've learned to make your own mark. Otherwise, you are simply signging your name to the work of antoher artist. An artist who worked years to create and perfect what you have taken.

  • David, first of all it's an imitation, not an inspiration. Chris Hart, the originator makes his living on that invention. So, better to invent or improve upon a classic (ie linking rings = Caveny's coat hangers). You won't get far in the shadow of others. Fly with your own wings!

  • You have finally inspired me to write a comment on youtube. This video should be removed. And the thought of stealing someone else's beautiful and perfect routine, move by move, including the music - is disgraceful. This is not an homage. This is a rip-off.

  • I dont see him to much because he is doing so many magic shows but i will do my best
