Set amongst Melbourne's warring criminal gangs, Macbeth (Sam WORTHINGTON) belongs to a crime syndicate led by underworld figure Duncan (Gary SWEET). One day, in a drugged haze, Macbeth meets three witches who prophesise his rise to power. Unleashing megalomaniacal tendencies in both Macbeth and Lady Macbeth (Victoria HILL), blood is shed. But the partners in crime soon learn that vaulting ambition may not lead to greatness and blood once spilt, can never be washed clean...

Very interesting interview. I'm not a fan of updated Shakespeare, but this looks like it might work. The director is well-spoken and the clip if teasingly brief. Thanks for posting.
