In January 2007, Saskatoon Saskatchewan had the worst blizzard in 50 years. This is a few days afterward, driving on a road that goes through one of the larger drifts. The land is FLAT, that's all snow folks.

  • I left for Hawaii three days before this...is this on the way to the Preston Crossing Walmart??? I'm heading home next week...is there still that much snow?

  • Yep, on the way to the Walmart. We had a few days of above zero temps, and the city has cleared a lot of the snow away so these huge drifts are gone. There's still a LOT of snow though. We've had -30 temps here for nearly a week. Hope you had fun in Hawaii! :)

  • I remember that blizzard I'm from Martensville (10 miles outside Saskatoon) but that snow was powerful wasn't it I've never seen anything like it

  • Cool, if we in the UK had that we would close down for months.. We cannot even cope with an inch...

  • NICE !
