Were hearing that we wont be seeing much of Noah for the next several weeks, but when he returns around early November, just in time for November sweeps, the Luke/Noah/Mason storyline will finally get going with significant screen time as well.
There were also whispers that the show had considered dropping the plot altogether, giving Forbes March (Mason) the pink slip. But the storyline, reconfigured by the shows new co-head writer, David Kreizman, will continue, albeit in a different and somewhat darker direction.

For anyone wondering what happened to J.J., Parkers younger brother on As The World Turns, Daniel Manche (As The World Turns' ex-JJ) has joined the cast of OLTL and will appear as Tom, another high school student, in mid-October.

The loud buzz of Guiding Light star, Tom Pelphrey (Jonathan) joining it's sister soap As The World Turns has been confirmed by a ATWT representative. According to Soap Opera Digest, Tom will be joining the CBS soap as a new character named Mick.

Sara Bibel has revealed in an interview with Terri Colombino at Fancast.com that Paul Leyden will be reprising his role as Simon Frasier on AS THE WORLD TURNS.

Lesli Kay returns to Oakdale as Molly Conlan. Lesli is currently on The Bold and the Beautiful as Felicia Forrester and will appear on both soaps simultaneously.
Tamara Tunie returns as Jessica Griffin. Tamara last appeared on ATWT in 2007. She makes her return to Oakdale in October for one day
Maura West returns to the show after being on maternity leave.
