A 1,600 acre mixed use development designed to provide a solution to help spawn growth and to retain and attract business to the Nashville Area.
THE PROBLEM:
Though the project already had a variety of marketing collateral and a website in place, none of these items provided a clear vision of the project.
OUR SOLUTION:
Some controversy surrounds the project given its proximity to existing natural areas and farm land along with a misunderstanding of the project focus, relation to downtown, sensitivity to the environment and benefits to the regional tax base.
Paradigm Marketing & Creative created a video to more clearly communicate the benefits of the project - location, economic impact, walkable and sustainable design that is sensitive to the natural surroundings. A unique mix of photography, maps, b-roll video and 3D were seamlessly merged to provide a clear and compelling tour of the project and to satisfy concerns related to view corridors and sustainable and sensitive design.
I hear you. It is almost like some people are against it because the developer will make money - and that is evil. It is very responsible development. I've been baffled since we created this video and the reactions of people.
