Tom Rabenhorst of UMBC's Geography and Environmental Systems department teams up with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources to produce a comprehensive trail map of Patapsco Valley State Park.
I am a Land Use Planner and I work with ArcGIS regularly producing maps similar to this. Thank you for uploading this video. I thoroughly enjoyed watching it.
So, when are you going to make another map? The current one is heinously out of date. It is perhaps ironic that a trail shown in this video, as well as the spur of the Soapstone Branch Trail which is the gateway used predominately by UMBC students, are not actually depicted on the map. The former isn't marked at all, and the latter is partially flagged as "Discontinued" ;)
As a UMBC student who has spent literally weeks in the park, I laud your efforts and encourage further.
