So some of you idiots who dont know what Chi is.

It has 2 meanings.

1. One is life energy which I believe is to be bio electricity

2. The direct translation of Chi means AIR

So some of you saying that its not Chi and that hes just pushing air around to blow out, well guess WHAT? THATS WHAT HES DOING!

i need help when ever i do have a lucid dream and i do a action my body ends up doing it to which wakes me up someone tell me what to do!

yea that happens at first becuase you get excited and your heart rate increases. Just calm down and enjoy whats happening. if you try to become too cousious you'll wake up(at first) sometimes you have stupid lucid dreams where you can be like yea i'm buying all this new cloths when i wake up i'm gonna look so fresh. then wake up depresed keep practicing

I usually dream i have telekinesis.

i have never do astral projection successfully.

I dunno how to get out of the body and i can see my body lying. lol i cannot imagine it.

Any tips?

It is nice that you have lucid dreams, but i don't really get the point of this video.
