喜歡侯軍老師！這種燉牛肉麵湯我沒嚐過，近期一定會試。我以前倒
常吃一道類似的羊肉湯麵，幾乎一樣的材料，只是羊肉替換牛肉，而 且不加醬油，非常好吃。 -
这做法不行，应该是炒焦糖，爆糖色！

i think he means that u should not put the carrots in until the very last 20 mins. in other words, you should only cook the carrots for 20 mins at most.
