the scrolling and swiping system seems a bit of a rip off from apples multi-touch.

zune is only for windows vista users anyways. its so inconvenient since they suck. this really does look cool though.

but the touch comes in 8,16, & 32's only. the zune was produced to be in direct competition with the ipod classic. the wifi is also good for sharing music with other ppl in the area who have a zune (the 3 play rule has a hack now), i guess for me personally i have a laptop with tons of apps and more memory and to surf the net and type (haha cause i'm opinionated online can't you tell?). if i only had 32g i would just have music & movies.

yeah but you compare it to a normal iPod, but if you compare it to the Touch, which is in the same category of MP3 players of that kind. I have a touch, and i never got my hands on a zune, but what I understand from vids here, and other sites, is that the zune only uses the Wi-Fi for synchronisation, and not for browsing the web or download thousands of apps..

draws to the zune (what it does for me-at least for me anyway)
1. wi-fi (wireless)
2. built in radio
3. bigger screen
4. microsoft releases NEW firmware for OLDER Zunes to update to as well, ipod makes you suck up the glitches
5. social network (there is a 3 plays rules but there is also a hack for it)
6. i like standing out from everyone else :)
7. the zune will pick up artist + artist. feat. artist as the same artist instead of making it 2 categories like the ipod.

oh man, i want to get this so now. i had my ipod video for like 3 years and i'm bored of it. i hate it too cuz' it freazes and crashes a lot. i had it return to the manufacture like 5 or 6 times to get it fixed and it still has the same problem. apple products has such bad quality. i mean i'd rather choose a itouch over a zune but for the same price the itouch provides only 8 gigs. what's the point of having a video player when there's only 8 gigs of storage space.
