Always liked Lofgren, saw him in 1979 when he was on the same bill as The Who, The Stranglers and AC/DC at Wembley Stadium. Saw him next when he toured with The Boss in 1985 on the Born in the USA tour, great artist, must try to see him again. Thanks for posting this song.

just in from gateshead ~ the man was on fire ~ sent shivers to places that haven't been shivered in a while! he DID do night fades away tonight ~ i always ask for Baltimore ~ i'd love to hear him do that live ~ i was 14 when i first saw him (1984) GOD I LOVE THAT MAN!!

Awesome!!! Saw him Tuesday Parc and Dare (Wales) first time since 1978 and I cried with pure joy at his genius BUT!!!! he did not play Night Fades Away so sang it to myself until 2 in the morning and nearly missed work but I'm still dancing! Check him out live if you ever get a chance he is a god in the religion of music!!!

I love Bruce and E Street but it wasn't until the Sopranos that I really started to love Nils.

My favorite albums...Back It Up, Cry Tough & I Came To Dance. Spend a lot of time thinking of stuff to play on the net. Still keep playing Nils. There's nobody better.
