MUGEN: Ultimate Cheapies 4-on-4 #2

The original was so popular that i had to make #2. Since that is now done, i'm in theory done. Okay, as usual, here are characters.

Team 1:

Cyber Shredder(DarkMasterS)
The toned down version of Lord/Psycho
Shredder is still very cheap. He can use some of Lord/Psycho Shredder moves!
Still, he's quite easy to beat with OTW2k7. If you look closely, you can see that his power bar goes up to 1 real fast like Lord/Psycho Shredder.


Dark Pirate(DarkMasterS)
This cheapie is a lot different than his other creations. He has a super that has a "Spider Kick" in it. He's too fast for a normal character. He's not overpowered.


Nega Peach(Big Eli King)
She's not really cheap, but still is ANNOYING! She has the worst voicepack ever. She has a lightning super which deals massive damage.


Dink Smallwood(MM):
This guy is a pain in the butt. He's so cheap that you need Zeeky to beat him. He has TWO insta-kills. One of Dink's supers is the Big Mother Ducker(you know, the big duck).

Team 2:

Kung Fu Fiunn(MM):
He's pure broken. He's weirdly enough easy to beat. He's so easy to beat that Cyber Shredder countered him. His worst move is the Splinter Goku Satsu.

Franko(MM):
He's the worst of all. He's so cheap that you have to beat him with Go Hibiki. When his health is low, he uses the(actually, his) Fiat 126p.


Dooby Dummy(MM):
ummm.....I think i already explained him in my first MUGEN vid.


Skullman:(The_None)
He has real cheap boss AI and cheap X-Form moves. In his normal mode, he can only be hit on the same place as SOTN Dracula: On the head. In his X-Form he's like CBT. He's a sub-boss from Bio Menace. I beat his X-Form with Go Hibiki.

Question: Why is one of Franko's supers called Andrew Lepper SuperStar?HINT: Look between 1:00 and 1:30.
