This is just a compilation of moves that people in our swing club can do. This isn't meant to be an instructional video, but a video reference for our members. We have forgotten many moves over the years, so this is our attempt to preserve what we know.
If you don't know how to do some of the moves shown in this video and want to try them for yourself, please do it with spotters and on mats. You can get seriously hurt if you do some of these moves incorrectly.
