I wouldn't be so sure. If you look closely to boost gauge, the pressure seems to drop after around 5300RPM... atleast it looks like that to me. It's better to stay on max pressure than rev to limiter since without boost engine is very mild, turbo engines usually have low compression ratio.

Close to 2 bars, indeed. And close to 2.3 bar in 5th (overshoot, not sustained).

So the stock acceleration was 7,1 seconds 0 to 100 km/h ?

Yes. Now with the GT28RS it's less than 5s.
With GT2871R, it's down to 4.2s with original clutch.
