Diane catches Alexis and Jerry making out at the Metro Court restraunt, and Alexis tells Jerry that he needs to stop trying to kiss her in public. Diane gets mad when Alexis tries to stop her and Max from having a good time.

Later, Alexis gets a call saying that Ian Devlin is dead and was killed by Jason. Claudia and Jerry share a drink but Jerry tells Claudia not to celebrate cause theres a chance Ian may have told Jason about Jerry and Claudia's involvement.
