Attention: this is ANTI-NAZI propaganda. Donald Duck is not really a nazi. Watch the ending! This is "Weird Al"-type parody.
Oh, and the United States entered the war in 1941. It would be quite a shock to the American GIs who were fighting in Europe and the Pacific from 1942-43 to know that they weren't actually fighting in a war.
