Alan Blinder, a Professor of Economics and Public Affairs at Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School and co-director of the University's Center for Economic Policy Studies, is a former Vice Chair of the U.S. Federal Reserve and was a member of President Clinton's Council of Economic Advisers.
