Im a powerlifter and compeating in the -120kg weight class, but im only 110kg so I might as well compete in the -105 class but everytime i drop the weight i loose a lot of strenght to, do you have any tips on how to cut the weight without loosing my strenght ?

yyyyyo Tyler, you are not going to put on any sort of crazy muscle in 2 weeks... Give it time. Lots of olympic athletes say that it takes about 12 weeks when you first start lifting to see results

Is it necessary to cycle and load creatine or do i jus take 5-10g a day.
