  • Im a powerlifter and compeating in the -120kg weight class, but im only 110kg so I might as well compete in the -105 class but everytime i drop the weight i loose a lot of strenght to, do you have any tips on how to cut the weight without loosing my strenght ?

  • yyyyyo Tyler, you are not going to put on any sort of crazy muscle in 2 weeks... Give it time. Lots of olympic athletes say that it takes about 12 weeks when you first start lifting to see results
