@mayzboy Well, they say systema is being used by the spetznatz (hope I spelled that right) and that Vladmiri Vasiliev is one of the best in that system. But I really don't know.

But really guys for everyone who does not like systema and wastes their time telling us we are wasting our time when we know what we like

But anyway, let us bring the conversation to for circle
just film yourself taking on and shaming an actually credifield systema teacher and many of us systema explorers and students will go "hmm, maybe we were wrong all this time"
