1st Annual Pierogi Eating Contest - Polish Constitution Day Chicago 2011

To celebrate Europe's first and the world's second modern codified national constitution, after the US, we held a PIEROGI EATING CONTEST at Jolly Inn Polish Buffet in Chicago after the Parade.

Starting with a plate of 16 Pierogi (Four of Each- Potato, Cheese, Meat, and Sauerkraut) the first to finish was the winner and could then enjoy the rest of the delicious all-u-can-eat buffet... Clearly Mikey, the only purebred Polak of the group, beat out his competition of Polish mutts and lone Chinaman... POLSKA DUMA!!!
