Hi Tarbooz. The song you can hear is "Adelantando". The singer is Pau Dones, who is the leader of a famous Spanish group named Jarabe de Palo... Viva la Spanish Cuisine! Viva la Spanish Music! Viva José Andrés y la madre que lo parió! Greetings from El Bierzo, Spain!

I first saw this show when I was at my Aunt & Uncles house. I was getting into Spain from the Euro and then I got into the history and geography. Jose Andres brings out the best in Spanish food :]

If you had no desire to see Spain before watching this series, you will before it's done. It's clear that Jose Andres has at least two passionate loves in his life. One is Spain, the other is cooking. He's a joy to watch.

    Where's my suitcase!
