It's a sad commentary on today's society that the Disclaimer is necessary at all. If it were not for people like Anthony we'd descend into cheap malt beers and supersweet college shots.
Perhaps eventually you could do calendar themes, like "4 cocktails you'd expect at a banquet in 1964" or "Drinks & hors d'oeuvres from a 1975 swinger's party" or "3 drinks matched with 3 cigars in a 1996 smoking room".
Those would be great, but then again anything woud be better than Bud Light & nachos.

yea i'm tired of a lot of these bartending vids on youtube which teaches drinks with manufactured mixers and syrups, blech. fresh ingredients and homemade infusions FTW

I love the use of fresh ingredients in these videos. The fact that real bartenders are in them is a nice touch too.
