Yes it's a manual Wah Pedal.

I'm using a preset called Purple (I guess inspired by purple rain) I am using the wah wah pedal manually on the pod. I'm not using any other outboard effects.

So Violin plugged into POD into Macbook via USB.

Pete, On your WAH sound, you manually rock WAH pedal back and forth,

should I do one cycle (forward and back) on each of one note? I have used some WAH before that change characteristics by Amplitude of sound.

What settings do you have on the line 6 to make it sound 'buzzy' like that? Are there any other devices connected to the line 6 like a wah or flanger? I think I hear some of that in there.

Gawd! Man I just LOVE that! The tone and the articulation is mesmerizing, haunting. I have loved the electrified violin ever since I first heard Mahavishnu Orchestra, 1974. Luc Ponty and Jerry Goodman rule! Your playing is very good, though I do think you could do better. Thank you for the lovely music and talent! Awesome.
