Take a drive with NewYinzer as he tours Pennsylvania Route 28, a Pittsburgh highway with a rather infamous reputation. In this video, one will witness several reasons why the highway has earned its reputation, including thin lanes, traffic lights, constant construction, cracked roadbed, small shoulders, manhole covers, drainage ducts, tight curves, and heavy traffic. Hopefully, most of these problems will be remedied when PennDOT finishes a project to rehabilitate Route 28 in 2014. This video was filmed in early August 2010 and is meant as a "last look" at Route 28 before construction begins.
